Founded by Jessica and Michael Gagne, a husband-and-wife team who first met while studying at The Culinary Institute of Virginia, our story has always revolved around the kitchen.

From a young age, each of us found joy in cooking, and over the years, it became not only our passion but also the bond that strengthened our marriage and family. Now, as parents of three, we’ve built Spice Snob on the values of tradition, creativity, and heartfelt service. Every dish we prepare is crafted with care, blending culinary expertise with the warmth of home cooking.
